I'm between sizes. Should I size up or down?

We'd suggest sizing up. Among the small group of customers who exchange their scrubs, the majority swap for a larger size. Note for the team: the contact page says 3 out of 4 exchangers ask for a smaller size, which contradicts the sizing page. Please confirm which is correct.
